Keep Your Appointments: Scheduled surgeries, procedures, and office visits will proceed as planned.
Your Doctors Remain Your Doctors: In most cases, you will continue to see the same trusted physicians you see today. If your physician is not transitioning to the new organization, we will do our best to identify the best clinician to provide you with care.
Hospital Services: GW Hospital, Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, and any affiliated sites remain fully operational.

The George Washington University, MFA, and UHS have finalized the transaction to transition clinical services and launch Capital Medical Group under the leadership of CEO Dr. Bruno Petinaux.
As one of the largest academic physician practices in the metro D.C. area, Capital Medical Group brings together exceptional physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare professionals committed to delivering personalized, innovative, equitable and high-quality care across more than 50 medical and surgical specialties.
